Join Check’s Technical Support Desk as a specialized engineer with expertise in CCTV, telephony (including cloud-based VoIP systems), security, and IT support. As a crucial part of our growing team, your main role revolves around configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced technology devices.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • CCTV Cameras, Access Control and Monitoring Systems

  • Cloud-based and On-premises VoIP Telephony Systems

  • Desktop IT & Server Support, including Office 365

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot key focus devices.

  • Expand your knowledge continually in the focal areas.

  • Deliver unmatched customer service by liaising effectively with clients to address their technical issues.

  • Collaborate with a broad team of professionals to provide unparalleled support.

  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements:
