Company Overview:

Check is a leading tech company specialising in Unified Communications (UC) and Cloud IT solutions across the UK. Our innovative products are designed to propel organisations into the future, enhancing efficiency and connectivity. We are looking to grow our Sales & Marketing team with the addition of several experienced and ambitious Solutions Consultants. Check is part of the NHS Better Purchasing Framework, and this role would initially assist in the rollout of Check Cloud (our NHS approved Cloud Telephone Platform) across the NHS.

Job Description:

At Check, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of the business, working with both SME, Enterprise and Public sectors. This role will initially focus on working with potential NHS clients. Principally, you will be:

  • Identifying potential new customers.

  • Designing product and services decks to suit their requirements.

  • Demonstrating the benefits of using Check and our technology.

  • Collaborating with our Onboarding Team to walk new customers from pitch to implementation.

  • Managing customer relationships post-sale.

Our New Business Development team will offer lead generation support, but you must be comfortable with self-generation. This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between the office and home, with occasional in-person customer visits. We are willing to look at fully remote working with monthly office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand our customer base within the SME and Healthcare sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert these into successful sales.

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our UC and Cloud products to a range of audiences.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to align sales strategies and solutions.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


  • Proven track record in IT/Cloud sales with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling to both SME, Enterprise, and/or Healthcare clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of UC and Cloud products.

  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A commitment to maintain high levels of knowledge about emerging products and trends in the UC and Cloud industry.

  • An ethical approach to sales.

  • North West

  • North East

  • Midlands

  • South East

  • South West

Remuneration & Benefits:

£23k-£45k depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
