Check was primarily founded in 1990 as a business telecom provider. Over the years we’ve expanded our services to include CCTV & IT services due to an increased demand. We support SME’s, large enterprises and government organisations across the UK, by delivering high quality solutions and an excellent standard of customer care. Through the years we have become an accredited, award winning company and are now a trusted provider by some of the largest companies in the UK.

 

Check Communications

We have three divisions which includes our main Check Communications division. This division specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of our business telecoms.

 

In addition to this, we also run a dedicated Check Medical team, who look after our specialised surgery phone systems

Check CCTV & Security

Our second division, Check CCTV & Security was formed through a demand in our expertise to look after our customer’s CCTV & security systems. Consequently, our engineers are fully trained and certified within the realms of CCTV & security. Further to this, we have become an accredited partner with one of the world’s leading suppliers of CCTV systems.

 

We have a dedicated team, that looks after our specialised, education sector CCTV & Security SystemsCheck Education.

 

Check IT & Network Solutions

Lastly, we have just launched our third division Check IT & Network Solutions. Our dedicated IT team have been fully certified and accredited through industry leaders, including Microsoft and Watchguard, amongst others. Because of our continual growth, we’re able to provide a high quality, fully fledged service.

We have built and maintained many close partnerships over the years. These include amongst others, our Microsoft and Hikvision partnership. Which, support our IT and CCTV divisions.

 

Furthermore, we have developed our strongest relationship with Mitel and Gamma, who are our main communications partners.

It is an unsettling time for businesses, but I want to reassure you that we are well positioned to provide continuing support for the Telecoms, IT and Security of your organisation, throughout this period of disruption. Although we may have slightly increased lead times for new installations, due to a large demand for cloud home worker solutions, this will not alter the way we support your existing systems on a daily basis.

 

The very nature of the technology we specialise in means that remote and home working has been at the core of our business for many years now and we have already taken steps to mitigate risk of staff shortages, should the disruption continue long term.

 

To our NHS Partners

To maintain constant support for your vital first line systems, we have pre-isolated a number of NHS specific technical staff to ensure maximum continuity. You may notice slight increases to your normal support response times due to demand, but I can assure you we will be doing everything that is reasonably practicable to respond well within your normal SLAs.
